The digital football game ticket did not work at the game entrance. It did work a day before and hours before the game.

Great tickets, fair price and excellent customer service.

I found out after the purchase that I paid WAY too much for the tickets. Your handling charges were higher than the ticket cost had I purchased them through the university. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get tickets for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour. Actually was able to get them a day before they officially went on sale. I'll be recommending this site to friends and family 💯

Very good concert. Two and a half hours of non-stop hit after hit. It was a very good venue with an Intimate setting.

I felt the fees for the ticket, at least to me, exorbitant.

Transportation to the venue (by bus) was good but it could have been better organized bussing folks back to their vehicles.

My agent was very helpful in helping me find tickets to Elf the Musical in Columbus, OH. I don't live in Ohio. He had a lot of patience and was friendly.

SCAM ALERT!!!! If less than zero stars were available that would be my rating. End of story: we did not have tickets and we’re out about $90. We “bought” two tickets for a college football game to be delivered by email. The day of the game I received an email telling me to call regarding my tickets. When I did so I was told that there was a change and the tickets would be at will call. Guess what was NOT at will call? There was no record of us having tickets at all. I showed them my confirmation email with the section and row shown, but those seats were not even available. TicketCity completely scammed us. I hate using third party ticket vendors and this is exactly the reason.
